Jesmin Sultana Mukti is a successful entrepreneur who runs an online shop in Facebook. She has founded her on line shop "Jamdani Lovers" in 2017. Jesmin is graduated in English literature from University of Development Alternative , and post graduated in Applied linguistic & ELT from Asa University of Bangladesh (ASAUB). She also completed B.Ed from Government teacher's training College, Dhaka (TTC) dreaming of becoming a teacher. Sometimes our dream is variable and sometimes our dream is constant. Jesmin has variable dream in her life.
Since Jesmin was a good student, her parents dreamed for her she will be either doctor or engineer. But Jesmin had different dream in her early life. She wanted to be an ice-cream seller or chocolate seller so that she could have some ice-cream and chocolates without any cost. I am sure that she was fond of ice-cream and chocolates. I don't know about the present condition. If you (Jesmin) are till now fond of these things. Soon, her dream became change. She again had a new dream of becoming pilot. She waned to fly in the sky and visit so many countries by her airplane. She wanted to touch the cloud flaying in the sky. But her this dream was not exist for long time.
In her matured age, she had dream for becoming a teacher. In order to her latest dream she completed Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) course with masters.
She then spent about a year in teaching profession from 2010 to 2011.
Jesmin Sultana Mukti then got married with Hasanuzzaman Sujon on 3rd September 2011. Her Husband, Sujon is also a successful entrepreneur who has founded the online shop Hawkersbd.
I will write about him and his journey to e-Commerce in another day in my blog. Today, I want to describe about only Mukti.
After her marriage she started a sales and marketing job and it continued till 2013. In the meantime she had conceived her first child. At that time, a business trend started to roam in her head. But after giving birth her first child, she fully became busy with her family.
Besides her household chores, she used to suggest her husband as her husband was then trying to found an online shop. She had a strong dream for building her own identity in society. She always wanted to do something exceptional. She was planing for her dream and waiting for her child's growth. At that time she and her family became mourned with the untimely death of her 35-year-old sister on 5th November 2015.
She then had to stay with her parents for a long time in her village home. Fortunately she got a job as an assistant teacher in SEQAEP project under education ministry in her native area. She accepted the opportunity and spent 2 years there.
Jesmin then returned Dhaka and again stated to think to do something better. She was bored to stay without work. She has founded the online shop Jamdani Lovers with her only deposit of 20,000 Taka in 2017. She uses Facebook page for her business. Here is her page link Jamdani Lovers.
She sales Batik three piece, Jamdani sharee, Embroidery work georgette one piece, 3 piece, Katan two piece, Handloom cotton 3 piece.
Jesmin however started her journey with her 20,000 taka, now she has about 2 lakhs taka monthly revenue. She advised to the new entrepreneurs to have patience and cling with works. Sooner or later success will come. She have a dream that very soon there will not be unemployment problem in our country if educated person comes in this sector.
She also have a dream to go far with her Jamdani Lovers and have a dream og opening a showroom for her business.
