  RSC Escalation Protocol অনুযায়ী নিচের যেকোনো কারণে RSC Escalation দিতে পারে: 🔶RSC ইঞ্জিনিয়ারকে কারখানায় প্রবেশ করতে না দেওয়া। 🔶Inspection-এ Immediate Risk পাওয়ার পরও তাৎক্ষণিক সমাধান না করা। 🔶CAP (Corrective Action Plan)-এর কাজ নির্ধারিত সময়ে শেষ না করা। 🔶Electrical CAP-এ দীর্ঘদিন কোনো অগ্রগতি না হওয়া। 🔶DEA, EA, FADS, SUPS ইত্যাদি প্রয়োজনীয় ডকুমেন্ট সময়মতো জমা না দেওয়া। 🔶Safety Committee Training-এ অংশগ্রহণ না করা। 🔶OSH Complaint তদন্তে সহযোগিতা না করা। 🔶Pre-T&C বা T&C-এর জন্য প্রয়োজনীয় ডকুমেন্ট বারবার অসম্পূর্ণ জমা দেওয়া। Stage 1 (প্রথম সতর্কতা) যদি কারখানা RSC-এর নির্দেশনা অনুযায়ী কাজ না করে: 🔶RSC একটি Escalation Letter (EL) পাঠায়। 🔶৫ দিনের মধ্যে কারখানাকে RSC-কে জানাতে হয় তারা কীভাবে সমস্যার সমাধান করবে। 🔶প্রতিটি Non-Compliance (NC)-এর জন্য নির্দিষ্ট সময় দেওয়া হয়। 🔶সময়মতো সমাধান না করলে Stage 2-এ চলে যায়। 👇 Stage 2 (গুরুতর সতর্কতা) এই পর্যায়ে: 🔶RSC, Factory, Brand, BGMEA/BKMEA ও অন্যান্য সংশ্লিষ্ট পক্ষকে নিয়ে বাধ্যতামূলক মিটিং হয়...

  প্রথমে জেনে নিই RSC কি? RMG (Readymade Garments) Sustainability Council কে সংক্ষেপে RSC বলা হয়। এই প্রতিষ্ঠানটি মূলত বাংলাদেশের গার্মেন্টস কারখানার নিরাপদ কর্মপরিবেশ নিশ্চিত করতে কাজ করে। তৈরি পোশাক কারখানায় নিরাপদ কর্মপরিবেশ নিশ্চিত করার লক্ষ্যে কারখানার Electrical, Fire safety, Structural এবং Boiler Safety এর অডিট করে কর্তৃপক্ষকে প্রয়োজনীয় পরামর্শ দিয়ে থাকে এবং সেগুলো বাস্তবায়ন হচ্ছে কিনা তা ফলোয়াপ করে। সর্বশেষ কারখানায় যদি কোন নিরাপত্তা ইস্যু না থাকে তাহলে নিরাপদ কারখানা হিসেবে সার্টিফিকেট প্রদান করে থাকে। RSC Electrical Audit এ সাধারণ যে সকল বিষয় গুলো দেখা হয়। ১. Electrical Single Line Diagram (SLD) Main incoming থেকে একদম Final Load পর্যন্ত সঠিক SLD আছে‌ কি না।‌ বাস্তব ইন্সটলেশনের সাথে SLD মিল আছে কিনা এবং ‌SLD হালনাগাদ করা আছে কিনা এগুলো একদম প্রথমেই চেক করা হয়। ২.
