একজন ই-কমার্স উদ্যোক্তার যে সকল বৈশিষ্ট এবং গুণাবলি থাকা প্রয়োজন। ১। সততা: একজন উদ্যোক্তাকে অবশ্যই সৎ হতে হবে এবং একটি সৎ উদ্দেশ্যেই তাকে ব্যবসায় নামতে হবে। ব্যবসা করে বড়লোক হব এই চিন্তা না করে চিন্তা করতে হবে যে আমি আমার ব্যবসা দ্বারা মানুষকে কিভাবে সেবা দিতে পারব। সেটা অবশ্যই নিজের টাকা লস দিয়ে না। ২। শিক্ষানুরাগী : শেখার মানসিকতা থাকতে হবে। শুধু শেখার মানসিকতা থাকলেই চলবে না বরং প্রতিনিয়ত নতুন নতুন বিষয়ে শিখতে হবে। ই-কমার্স তথ্য প্রযৃক্তি নির্ভর শিল্প এখানে শেখার কোন শেষ নেই। প্রতিনিয়ত সব কিছু আপডেট হচ্ছে। তাই সব সময় এসব বিষয়ে স্টাডি করতে হবে। নিজের ব্যবসা সম্পর্কে প্রচুর স্টাডি করতে হবে। একই ধরণের ব্যবসা যারা করে তাদের আদি অন্ত, সফলতা ব্যর্থতা এবং চ্যলেঞ্জ সম্পর্কে জানতে হবে। শুধু তাদের লাভ দেখেই সেই রকম একটা ব্যবসায় নেমে পরলে হবে না। ৩। কঠোর পরিশ্রমী হতে হবে: চাকরি পরাধীন আর ব্যবসা স্বাধীন। এই কথার সাথে আমরা সবাই খুব বেশি পরিচিত। কিন্তু অনেকেই এই কথার ভুল ব্যাখ্যা করে থাকি। আমরা মনে করি যে , চাকরি করলে আমার স্বাধীনতা থাকে না মানে ৮ টা -৫টা ডিউট...
